Don't hire. Out for himself and not the client.
This is a lawyer not willing to go to trial. Only interested in his commision and not his client. If you don't have the insurance he would like you to have he will become uninterested in your case and settle with a joke of a settlement for he will not go to trial to benefit the clients interest.
