A lifetime resident of Western Pennsylvania, Rob graduated from Burrell High School with honors in 1990.  After having attained a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994, Rob enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, ultimately achieving a Juris Doctor, cum laude, along with the honor of serving as a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Rob regularly serves the community by participating in various pro bono activities, including serving as the annual Law Day instructor for the fifth grade classes at Stewart School in Lower Burrell, PA since 2003 and community outreach with the Compassion Network. Rob currently resides in Lower Burrell where he also maintains his law office. Rob and his wife, Rachel, were married in 2004, and have four children. They most enjoy spending family time together on their hobby farm.

Grandparent custody
I asked Rob to get me a consent order signed that I had signed by the other parties and had been going back and forth to trial for 2 years. After I got the signatures Rob got the consent order signed by the other attorney and the judge within a couple weeks and Made sure I was informed the whole time. After spending $7000 on legal fees in 2 years. Rob got my consent order signed for me in a couple weeks and 200 bucks.

Liotta - outstanding
Attorney Liotta was very personable, and was very fast with his handling of my requests. He was also very good at keeping me informed of his status, and the status of the requested work. His explanations were in terms I could understand easily, and he was always professional without being distant. I will be using him for all of my legal needs in the foreseeable future.

Honest and trustworthy lawyer
Robert Liotta was great! He was very informitive and always let me know what was going on with my custody case and accepted all input from me. He is very honest and trustworthy. I am a father who was looking to get primary custody of my children. Bottom line is that we were successful and that would not have happened without Robert liotta.

Excellent Lawyer who I trusted with my business decisions!

Great Lawyer!
Amazing lawyer! Did an amazing job helping us with our adoption! Even when matters went scary he helped us and called us way after hours to help us through it! Very good, and informative! Would recommend him to anyone and would def use again!

Thankful to have been led to him
Rob listened to our concerns and told us upfront what his retainer fee was, including breaking down costs. We are pursuing grandparents rights, and he immediately went to work for us. He has had our best interests at the forefront every step of the way. He is always available to us either by phone or via e-mail, responding even on weekends. I would recommend him to anyone who I knew was truthful in their concerns, as you can be sure that he is trustworthy. I don't believe in being less than honest, and Rob has proceeded in our case in the same manner. I can't thank him enough for his work.
