Good attorney if you dont want your paperwork filed.

He consistently refused to submit my paperwork for my divorce to the court after I had paid him. I have documentation and proof of his unprofessional conduct. He also lost his license in 1985. I have filed with the Attorney General's office, Pittsburgh and filed a complaint with Pennsylvania Disc...iplinary Board. AND HE WAS MY ATTORNEY! isn't he supposed to be on my side? He also would tell me details about all the cases he was handling even though I asked him to stop.
