Biography
Attorney Michael J. Carland has been an attorney since 2014. Since that time, he has successfully defended hundreds of clients across Western Pennsylvania in cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence, Assault and Violent Offenses, Drug Offenses, Weapons Charges, Property Crimes, Juvenile Allegations and Sexual Assault. He also routinely handles Probation Violations, Protection from Abuse matters and driver license-related issues,
Attorney Carland completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University in 2009, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Crime, Law and Justice. In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern, assisting in case preparation, pretrial investigation, drafting pretrial and trial motions, and legal research. His proficiency in these areas led to his transition to active practice after successfully passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam. During his time as a lawyer, he has developed a solid discipline as a case negotiator and trial lawyer in courts throughout the region.
Attorney Carland is a lifelong resident of Beaver County, where he still resides with his wife and their three children.

Michael works wonders
