You're here to learn about this person as a competent attorney. Well, she's not one. She cannot cite the law under oath. She ...has no recognition or acknowledgement of legal procedure. She applies broad discretion in one direction and then states under oath she lacks any discretion in the other. She states under oath that she will cite statutes in written orders and then omits them. Maybe she's a good litigator or maybe she's really good at researching precedent but as a Magistrate she either lacks attention to detail, understanding of the law, understanding of the role of the Magistrate, understanding of the role of procedure, or all of the above.
