If you can avoid using attorney John Brennan I would highly suggest it. He works on his own rules and picks and chooses what he wants to represent in the court of law. His case load seems to be to much for himself. When you seem to have an issue with your case and you need to discuss it with him he ...will put you on the back burner until one day or the day of your court appearance. He is by far the worst attorney in Elmira, NY. Myself as well as a slew of other individuals that live in Elmira, NY have had complications with him and not happy with the services he provides. A public advocate is supposed to expose the unjust and unfair practices due to the court this man does not do that he is in Kahoots with drug court, probation, and the courts and could care less about his clients if it makes him look bad in front of the local jugicial system. If I could give a zero star rating I would, in my opinion this man should be disbarred and never aloud to practice law for the duration of his work carrer. Sincerely Mr. Justin E. Hoose
