I only have extremely good things to say about Attorney Friedlander. I met him after the wrongful death of my Mother in a Skilled Nursing Facility due to their negligence. When I consulted him about my case, he was very honest about finding out if I had a case or not. Ultimately, I did. I know he... went far and beyond my expectations for this lawsuit. Due to his expertise and knowledge and patience with me, I would recommend him to anyone in need of the type of services he provides. He was the consummate professional while maintaining a friendly and at times a little levity during an otherwise difficult time. I'm very appreciative of all his hard work and getting through so much "red tape" which seemed non-stop. He went to bat for me probably more times than I know. I was the victim of an extremely violent assault while visiting upstate NY. I was recommended to Mr Friedlander and he was more than anxious to take my case. I barely heard from him in the year since my assault and I finally got a letter, not even the decency of a phone call, saying that because the ...establishment where I was assaulted has no insurance that he's dropping my case. I at 1 year since the event and I don't even know if the statue of limitations for this have expired. Stay as far away from this guy and his firm they are less than professional. In the few interactions I had with them I received documentation for other clients lawsuits. He had a year to establish that there was no insurance that he could go after and did nothing for me what so ever.
