I am not your typical bankruptcy candidate, and did not have a typical case or situation, which included an out-of-state foreclosure. I researched quite a few attorneys in and around the Ithaca area, and found nothing but great reviews about the work Dick has done - and I would complete agree with th...is assessment as well. The only 'negative' that I read in past reviews was about his fee, which I do not think was at all unreasonable for the amount of work that went into my case. You want your case done right? You want your lawyer to actually read all your documentation and give you multifaceted advice based specifically about your case? Believe me - this is the way to go. For example, Dick outlined my options, and then explained the potential outcomes from each option - what my debtors could (may) do if I did or didn't file. His thoroughness and professionalism is impressive. He even gave me a ride to the courthouse the day I met with the trustee. He's fast will email responses, and works well through electronic communication. I did not have to travel to his office often to get things done - just when it came to signatures. I am grateful that I had him on my side during this process. I felt safe, and knew the whole ordeal of bankruptcy would be taken care of correctly. Thank you Dick.

Dick was immediately attentive and extremely thorough in handling the closing on our house. Issues were complicated by our living overseas but everything was handled quickly and without drama by Dick.
