Edward Eugene Kopko

When I had a very challenging medical malpractice lawsuit involving an incorrect diagnosis (resulting in the death of my husband), two attorneys in the area recommended that I hire “the big gun”, namely Ed Kopko. They were 100% correct. Ed worked tirelessly on behalf of me and we were awarded with... a very satisfactory outcome. This lawyer makes a great show of claiming to be reviled by other attorneys. This is due to his supposed record of winning malpractice cases against his peers, M.D.s, etc. My wife, who is disabled, engaged Kopko for a possible suit against the corporation which had employed and partially denied her... benefits. He took her money, and then instructed her to do HIS legal research into similar cases, ostensibly to save her additional legal fees. Of course, she could not do perform this task, as she was not trained in law. Kopko kept the money, never checked in with us, and the filing deadline for the complaint came and went.
