Calvin Dale Weaver

I hired Mr Weaver for a End of Lease Eviction proceeding- since he was one of the only local attorneys doing Evictions. He did little for me, but was rolling over for Respondents Attorney. The tenant finally moved out 6 Months later, but only after she intentionally did damage to my property, ass...aulted my girlfriend, then lied on a Deposition to get me arrested. Her attorney made a countersuit against me to the tune of 4 separate counts each maxing out at the Courts limit of $3000 totaling $12,000, it is during this Bench Trial when I learn how bad Calvin Weaver screwed me. He only asked for 2 months rent and Attorney fees- when e should have asked for all the months without rent, Attorney Fees, Utility (Electric) Abuse, Damages to property and vehicle she caused, etc.
