Do NOT use Dan DeRose as your lawyer for ANYTHING. He represented me in the selling of my house. I already had a very large file with as he put it, "Everything we need!". I very confidently said we would close on May 1st however we closed on June 9th. During this time he took a 2 week vacation to Ke...y West. I asked 3 times how much he would charge me only to receive no answer. Once we closed I was informed my check would be in an envelope taped to the office door as they won't be in the office for the next 5 days. It was only then that I found out he charged me $1,750.00!!! Including $100.00 for copying and mailing! I requested a refund of $1,000.00 but that was ignored. I feel that Dan DeRose robbed from me and is VERY UNETHICAL.
