I was a satisfied client with Peters and Ploetz for many years. The firm was well-run and the attorneys did what was right by their clients. I'm sad to say this reputation has not continued since Ms. Moriarty took over the firm. I only recently was sent legal papers that I was supposed to receive ...over a year ago. My frustration with the situation was met with rudeness and flippancy by Moriarty. The rest of the staff did what they could to be helpful, but I can no longer recommend this firm.
