I can't say enough about my positive e experiences with Kathleen and her paralegal Jackie. As an out of town real estate investor in Ellicottville, they give me piece of mind with all my transactions ( about 8 so far ). Some have been tricky with owner holds, condo associations, etc. They are v...ery responsive and great communicators. Because of them, I even stopped using my lawyer jokes.
