Terrible - Avoid at all costs

Scott Humble did a bankruptcy case for me...Forgot to include one of my creditors - now he wants to charge me over 500 for an amendment. I asked to speak with him and he won't talk to me now because he knows he screwed up and doesn't want to deal with it. How can you not talk to your customers who ...have already shelled out of 2K to you in order to do a job that you did wrong?

Obviously, there are two sides to every story. Because of confidentiality, "my hands are tied" as to how I can respond. But, I will say that on every case creditors are electronically promulgated directly from credit reports from: Equifax, Experian, and Transunion, and Debtors are asked to provide any additional creditors to me at the time of their appointment at which I file the case. Before the case is filed electronically, the Debtors are given the chance to review the entire Petition - including the Creditor List and make any corrections - so draw your own conclusions. Additionally, I will say that I wouldn't be the largest Bankruptcy Attorney filer in the county if I didn't treat people right.
