IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY HE CONTACTS ME AND KEEPS ME INFORMED. I DO FEEL HE COMINICATES IN A MANNNER THAT CAN BE CONFUSING.. I WISH HE WOULD LOOK AT ME WHEN HE TALKS AND SHOW MORE CONFIDENCE... CASE IS STILL ON GOING BUT SO FAR IM COMFORTABLE WITH HIM ...
