In the middle of a very traumatic situation, he dismissed me as a client when I voiced a complaint about his office staff. There seems to be no standard protocol for communication within the office. Calling was stressful because the woman on the other end never seemed to understand why I was calling ...or what to do with me. His secretary was extremely rude and wouldn't let me get a sentence out or ask a question. She interrupted me in a very condescending way about 15 times in one call. Not very professional. I had met with him twice, spent almost $1000 and he did almost nothing for me, other than send a time-sensitive letter that had to be redone because it had the wrong date on it.

He met with me and didn't follow through on what needed to be done till I called to remind him he was my lawyer. And even didn't complete the contract changes I had requested. He doesn't return calls, and he doesn't follow through on simple tasks, like sending my receipts to another lawyer for reimbu...rsement. In the end - I let him go before my matter was over so I could find adequate legal representation. I don't need a lawyer that I need to babysit to get proper action.
