Kelly Jennifer McIntosh

Kelly did not respond not once during the purchase of my new home. On the day that I went to her office to sign all the paperwork she failed to have the keys to my new home. She did not even know where they were and sent me on a wild goose chase to find them myself. I get a bankruptcy over 12 years a...go for 6000 dollars in debt her paralegal could not and did not find that information. She claimed that I owed over $10,000 to Capital One because she failed to do any footwork. I had to call Capital One myself I had to deal with them they were outstanding. In the end of course I did not owe any money to Capital One and just had one big headache and a horrible experience purchasing a home using Kelly McIntosh and Beth her paralegal. I would highly not recommend using them if you purchase a home it was a debacle I could have certainly lived without.
