Biography
As a collaborative lawyer and settlement advocate, I help divorcing clients reach good, long-lasting agreements without resorting to the courts. With guidance from caring and experienced collaborative professionals, couples can divorce intelligently and creatively, considerate of one another and of their children.
After more than thirty years as an attorney, my practice is limited to collaborative law, mediation and settlement advocacy.
I was the first president of the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area and continue to be involved as an active member. I take part in teaching both introductory and advanced collaborative law and skills workshops and between 2001 and 2015, I have provided more than 75 trainings across the United States and Canada.

Nickel and dime
Hired Sue for a collaborative divorce ....ended up cancelling her services as she “nickels and dimes” you for the most minor things - an email that she likely spent 20 seconds to compose will be automatically charged at $66.....so as such I resorted finding someone else.
