HORRIBLE!!!!!!
She is an absolute waste of time and greedy!!!! I am completely disabled and my case was rock solid. I made the mistake of going with this firm. I contacted them in Oct. Of 2013. Filled out all the paperwork and sent it back the same day I got it. I thought they had filled it. I knew what it would ta...
I am sorry you had a negative experience. At Segar & Sciortino we strive to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients and to provide high levels of customer service. I myself have been doing social security disability work for twelve years and pride myself on my high rate of positive outcomes. While I understand your frustration, our office did file your application and promptly appealed it. I would have loved the opportunity to represent you at hearing as well, however you chose to obtain other counsel which we understand and respect. We filed a fee request because we did perform work for you and it is standard to request a fee in this scenario. As far as our records show you have not contacted our office directly about this matter and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you. In any event, I am happy that you were ultimately approved and that you are currently receiving benefits.
