Biography
I am a long time practicing attorney in the Rochester area. I was admitted to practice in all New York Courts in on Feb. 21, 1978. I was also admitted to practice in U.S District Court Western District of New York shortly was admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court on Motion on June 1986. I passed the Florida Bar exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar on Sept 28, 1990.
In my almost four decades of practicing law I have appeared and have tried cases in virtual all the courtrooms in the area both State and Federal. I have tried both Civil and Criminal cases including major felonies.

Great professional and personal service.
Attorney Dedes helped me settle a dispute I had with a customer of my business. He worked with me and the other lawyer to arrive at an equitable settlement and procedures to avert future disputes. He then set up an LLC for the business. His office is managed by a highly competent paralegal as well.
