Rebecca Anne Indralingam

My experience with attorney Rebecca Anne Indralingam in Rochester, New York, has been extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend her services. Communication has been one of my biggest concerns. I have found it extremely difficult to get consistent communication..., updates, or answers regarding the case. In my experience, communication seems to become much more consistent when a payment is due, but when I am looking for information, updates, or reassurance about the case, getting the same level of communication has been very difficult. When you hire an attorney, especially when dealing with a serious and stressful legal matter, you expect your attorney to communicate with you, explain what is happening, follow through on what was discussed, and make you feel that your case is receiving proper attention. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have paid for legal representation expecting professionalism, communication, and meaningful attention to the case. Instead, I have been left frustrated and questioning what is actually being done. From my perspective as a client, the experience has felt much more focused on collecting payments than maintaining consistent communication and providing the level of representation I expected. I cannot speak for anyone else's experience with Rebecca Anne Indralingam, but I can speak about mine. Based on what I personally experienced, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication I received, and I would not hire her again or recommend her to someone looking for an attorney.

Rebecca didn’t show up to represent me for my trial. She also didn’t state a reason as to why she couldn’t/didn’t show up for trial. For my trial she also didn’t correspond with the courts to let them know that I was in my Covid19 Quarantine at the time. Rebecca intentionally failed to prosecute my t...rial altogether. She acted extremely disingenuous and never became prepared to represent me. Resulting in my trial being held without my side present. Not to mention during her representation of me. She seemed to be more invested in her incarcerated husband who’s currently serving an extensive prison term due to a very violent crime.
