Biography
I dedicate my practice to a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes, contracts, real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, deceptive advertising and election law. I have represented clients in a wide variety of complex disputes in courts and arbitration and have appeared at every level of New York State’s civil court system, including the Court of Appeals in a novel election law case that garnered significant media attention.
Throughout my career, I have represented small and large entities, entrepreneurs, individuals, family owned businesses, financial institutions and non-profits in civil litigation, business transactions, contract negotiations, immigration and residential and commercial real estate closings. With this breadth of transactional and courtroom experience, I appreciate the practical aspects of litigation and bring a unique perspective to each case.
