Hadley was very thorough on the medical practice of my case. She displayed in detail the negligence of the physicians care of me. Unfortunately these doctors were ...so called local icons of this community and the judge baker preciding this case was his first civil case. He was totally bias against the plantif and refused evidence to be admitted. Hadley filed many appeals against his rulings. The jury found defendants not guilty. Hadley appealed the case and it's prejudice to the Supreme court in which overwhelming evidence the verdict was overturned and a new trial was scheduled. We decided to accept a settlement due to the odds of a new trial going against me again. Considering the same judge would preside again. I'm truly grateful she continued to fight for me and was successful. It wasn't the settlement I was hoping for considering the cost of trial and expenses occurred and the gamble of a new trial was too risky. I appreciate her efforts that resulted in a win for my case.
