He concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate, including representing commercial developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of commercial real estate in New York State and throughout the country. He represents owners and institutional lenders in connection with commercial financing including construction and permanent mortgage financing of apartments, retail shopping centers, office buildings, mobile home parks, mini storage, industrial buildings and warehouse facilities. He also has experience in representing lenders and borrowers in connection with business financing, developers in connection with zoning and land use, redevelopment companies, and local and national tenants.
Mr. DiMarco received his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
