Mr. Carson represented me at my unemployment hearing. He was very responsive and extremely thorough. He explained the process of the hearing and what to expect. Mr. Carson retrieved my case file voluntarily and worked around my schedule to discuss the case. Craig did a great job representing me during my initial unemployment claim and also in a subsequent appeal by my former employer. Craig was thorough, professional, and aggressive during the process. My only recommendation is that he explain himself clearly when a client asks him questions. At times I... didn't completely understand his answers to my questions during consultation, even when I asked for clarification. Despite this minor concern, I won both appeals and would recommend his services.

Honestly at first, I wasn't sure of Mr. Carson. He is a newbie and I didn't think he would understand most of what I needed from him or relate to what I was going through.
