Mr. Carson represented me at my unemployment hearing. He was very responsive and extremely thorough. He explained the process of the hearing and what to expect. Mr. Carson retrieved my case file voluntarily and worked around my schedule to discuss the case. He would consistently email, text, and call... to give me updates on his progress on my case and to answer my questions. I felt very confident and secure working with Mr. Carson. During the hearing, Mr. Carson took charge and asked any questions to my previous employer that I wanted to ask myself. He was so professional and I didn't even have to say much, which made me feel that he represented me better than I could've expected.
