My only recommendation is that he explain himself clearly when a client asks him questions. At times I... didn't completely understand his answers to my questions during consultation, even when I asked for clarification. Craig showed great interest in our situation with tenants whom my husband and I wanted to evict. He has handled a few cases for us.
