This was a very stressful ,humbling and humiliating situation for me. Mr. Zimmerman's quiet, down to earth,warm and genuinely caring manner inspired my trust at our first meeting. He was patient and reassuring as he explained the process of defending my case. His confidence in his knowledge of the... law pertaining to my situation was a great comfort. In the grand scheme of things, I don't think my case was legally very complex, but he seemed to understand that to me it was. He made sure I understood each step of the process and patiently answered my questions. I appreciated the efficiency of being able to communicate by e-mail. He's a nice guy that I hope I never need again!
