Attorney Chelsea Palmisano was aware of my long standing Order of Protection against my ex-husband that runs from 2001 until my child turns 18 in 2016, knew that there is a long history of my ex having drug abuse, was almost on trial for murder, has a criminal record, and per recent Law Guardian Repo...rt in Family Court was medically negligent in the care of my child with a chronic illness. Knowing ALL of the above, Attorney Chelsea Palmisano FAILED TO REBUTTAL when discussion took place about my ex obtaining sole custody. Turns to me and says lets establish contact and visitation. A Disgrace along with the entire NYS Justice System! There is NO JUSTICE IN NYS I have been battling in family court for my child since 2001 with no true Resolution.
