Biography
Mr. Schaedler focuses his practice on defending employers, insurance carriers, and third party claims administrators before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Before joining Hamberger & Weiss, he clerked in a law firm which specialized in defending insurance companies and municipalities in personal injury cases and family law practice. While in law school, Mr. Schaedler clerked for the Honorable Sharon M. Lovallo of the Erie County Family Court and Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled and Disadvantaged of WNY.
Mr. Schaedler is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He recently moved to the Rochester area to work in the firm’s Rochester office after growing up in East Aurora, New York. Mr. Schaedler is an ardent supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He spends much of his free time at the gym, playing sports, or catching up on the latest sports news.
