My focus is on entertainment law, elder law, contracts, real estate and business formation (including non-profits).
I give back to my community by doing volunteer legal work through my local legal services provider. Much of my volunteer work focuses on preparing Wills for a client nearing the end of life, or preparing for transfer of guardianship of children whose parent is terminally ill.
I am also actively involved in the masonic fraternity; which is dedicated to making good men better.

Real estate attorney
Phillip represented myself and my husband in the purchase of our first home. He was thorough and a firm advocate. We hope to use him again as we think about selling this home to look for another.

Patient Excellence
Phil has helped us buy a new home and update our wills. In both cases he exhibited patience in walking us through the details and handling changes, even when unexpected.
