Our dream of having an legal entity that could represent Youth Rugby in Rochester became a reality ,largely because of the quality legal representation provide by Mr Hurwitz. He walk us through all off the steps of first becoming a Corp. ,then getting us tax exempt status and finally getting us list...ed as a NYS charity. He diligently walked us through what was almost a 9 month process keeping us informed of progress and making sure we completed all of the necessary filings in a timely fashion.
