In May of 2014, I founded Cordello Law PLLC to focus entirely on labor and employment litigation on behalf of employees throughout the Rochester, New York area. Since that time, my law firm has been instrumental in obtaining significant financial recoveries for clients through the litigation and negotiation of employment disputes. While a firm’s success is generally measured from a financial standpoint, I am proud of the fact that my cases have also led to changes in illegal and abusive employment practices.

On Time, On Point, Followed Through When We Needed Timely Response

When our backs were against a wall, Justin was recommended by our counsel to build a timely strategy within a nuanced procedural environment. It seemed too much to ask of anyone, given the time-line. In addition to those time constraints and the nature of our case, Justin proved himself and his firm to be everything our counsel had predicted. Good work often is lost by the principle that only squeaky wheels get attention. I could not let Justin's work for us be unaccounted for. Caring, compassionate lawyer

I met with Justin and before even talking specifically about my concerns, he made sure that I felt safe and confident that he would handle my concerns with the highest regard. Above and beyond

Experienced, professional and respectful

Very Knowledgable

Consultation

I met with this a attorney for a consultation and to possibly hire him. I just felt his prices where a little on the high side for my case. I had did majority of the work I just needed a attorney to go with me to a hearing. I ended up going to the hearing alone and I won.

Be Careful, choose wisely

I expect when I pay a lawyer to get "correct" legal advice. I sought other legal counsel and the department of wage and labor, to be told They did not agree w Mr. Cordella. A costly mistake for me.
