Alexander Ognenovski

Alexander K. Ognenovski II is an Associate in the Family Wealth and Estate Planning Department. He concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning and administration for high net worth individuals and families, structuring plans that focus on wealth preservation and legacy planning strategies. With a background in wealth management and taxation, Alexander brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the Firm. He works closely with clients and their advisors to develop appropriate estate plans for them and their families, including drafting of Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, Business Succession Documents, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies and other related documents.

Alexander earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School, where he served as the Lead Editor for the New York State Bar Association Business Law Journal.

Alexander is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York
