He was efficient and made sure to keep me updated on the process of the case. He negotiated with the insurance companies, handled the paperwork, and worked to get me the best offer to compensate my pain and suffering. One of the settlements i received was a negotiated sum. As a young college student, the process of negotiation and settlement offers was not something I knew how to do. Luckily, Joe had suggestions to help me make decisions. He had been so helpful and trustworthy during the process that I was happy to take his advice. After settling the case, I was unsure of what to do with the settlement I received. Joe was happy to recommend a financial adviser he knew and trusted as well as offering to get suggestions of other advisers if I so needed. In addition, he was approachable and willing to answer my questions. We had another injury in the family in which we sought his general advice on how to handle the matter and he was happy to help. Overall my experience with Joe Rossi was personable and efficient. I think Joe is knowledgeable and eager to help, qualities that make the process of a lawsuit or settlement case easier, stress free, and somewhat pleasant. From our first meeting on Mr. Rossi explained to me what I should expect to happen and guided me through the process. Joe was a great attorney for my car accident. He was quick to respond, organized and kept me informed of the situation and where we were at. Joe was always very friendly when we spoke and was very "real" with me about the outcome of the case and what to expect.
