I was told he had a heart attack, but does that make it ok to miss two court dates and be late by 15 minutes to another. In the end he did get the charges reduced but caused so much undue stress. I need him for a follow up issue and he is no where to be found. Had he done the follow up work needed I ...would have 4 or 5 starred him. Maybe that will change and he will respond. As of now it looks like he abandoned the case.

Was late to our first court appearance by >15 minutes, and hadn't bothered to turn in the paperwork-- that someone else had already prepared and I had sent him weeks before-- until a day before the case . Took weeks to return phone calls or emails and in the end, he abandoned my case. Just disappear...ed. This was a very volatile visitation case, and when I would call because orders were being violated, he would not return my phone calls-- not even to reassure me that it would be taken care of. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress in my life because he refused to answer anything in a timely manner. The last thing I head from him after two weeks of silence was "I'll be looking at your file on Monday". That was months ago. This lawyer completely let me down and destroyed any chance I had to appeal because he dragged his feet for so long.
