We were sent to Emma by our realtor when we were selling our house. At first, she was friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about. But she became increasingly impatient as we asked questions, her annoyance became palpiable. To be fair, it was our first time doing this type of transaction a...nd some of our questions probably seemed dumb to a trained attorney, but it still make us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, she started to gossip about various people that we don't know. It felt unprofessional. I can only imagine us, with our stupid questions, will come up in her conversations with others. With that said, she did complete our sale on time without any major hiccups.
