Joke lawyer!
Wow! First of all I am DISABLED so I have trouble doing paperwork online and otherwise. This guy DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE RIGHT BIRTH DATE ON MY FORMS, AND FORGOT TO INCLUDE A FORM ENTIRELY! I TOLD HIM SO and unfortunately I also was upset but didn't direct it towards him, just used some colorful language...
