Bad experience
If I could give her no stars I would. Starting off, her office misbilled my cousin by "not noticing" extra zeros at the end of his credit card payed amount. This resulted in her not doing her job because the bill was supposedly not paid. Negligence on her part cost him precious time during his divorc...
