Not good.
Mr. Foster did not provide a quality service to me when I needed it the most. Ignored phone calls. Hard to contact. Look elsewhere.

An Attorney Who Makes All Lawyer Jokes Seem True
I am 70+ years, attended MIT, own 3,000+ acres of land in 5 NY Counties comprising 90+ Titles, and have used a dozen or more attorneys for my own interests, dealt with dozens more in real estate transactions. I have found this attorney to be the LEAST satisfactory of the lot.

Very poor laywer
Mr. Foster is real good at taking your money but he does nothing to earn it. I had been false charged with a mistermeaner which was used to protect the cops of their abusive powers of the constitution. Plus i had serve injuries which i wanted to bring charges against the police but Mr. Foster advised...

Foster is a conartist
I hires David foster and paid him $2,000. He ignored every single call I made to him for 9 months. I took care of the matter on my own. Yet he refuses to refund any of the money. He is a conartist. STAY AWAY from him.
