George Alphonse Schell Jr.

We met with Mr Schell about rewriting our will. He took possession of our existing will and we waited for notification to go into the office and sign the new will. That never happened! We tried calling the office, emailing and writing that we wanted our existing will returned, but never got a res...ponse. At first we assumed that we was ill, or that some other event was keeping him from responding. After s couple of months and no way to contact him or get a response from his office, we gave up. We had no copy of the will he kept, snd no way to get it returned to us. A nasty experience!

My wife and I used George and his office to sell our existing home and purchase our new house. We were very happy with the level of communication we received and with his efforts on our behalf. George Schell Jr did not submit certain papers to the sellers attorney as he claimed he did. After 3 months he quite via email 2 hours before our closing meeting. He was not prepared anyway and had nothing ready for us. He never returned emails or phone calls. It was a disaster and cost us thousands ...of dollars. He has been disciplined by the state licensing authority which is unusual and a definite red flag.

We used George and his office to purchase our home in Fairport. In our opinion, George and his staff went out of their way to make certain that the process went smoothly for us. We feel fortunate that we used their services and would definately recommend George and his staff to anyone buying or sel...ling a home!
