Shouldn’t be practicing law. Cannot comprehend any part of a conversation let alone a court room. We didn’t hire him he was a public defender but if your giviin him, do anything you can to seek representation elsewhere. Or just expect the worst. If you observe him in the court room he is up and down... on the chair acting antsy and very unprofessional and sloppy . However he got a law degree says quite a bit for the standards here in ny . I would never discriminate based on personal issues but shouldn’t be representing a goldfish let alone your freedom
