Failed to review appropriate documentation that was pertinant to my case. Chose to represent hearsay within a trial without my consent and used personal information out of context. Was late on a number of occasions. My time felt very over used and under utilized. Verbal interaction with the judge an...d peers came off and unprofessional and uncomfortable as the client.

Working with Joanne Best was the worst experience of my life. She drug out my law suit over a year, and cost me 3 times the amount she quoted. Her behavior in the court room was embarrassing to both me and the other attorneys involved. She spoke out of turn, talked over the other attorneys, and actua...lly told the Judge what to do. I was mortified, I will never use her again.
