My case was given to this attorney without choice when my previous lawyer took a dream job. The difference was day and nightmare. This lawyer cannot communicate effectively repeatedly conveying the negative aspects of the case even though the previous attorney was confident I had a good case, wit...h no guarantees of course. She did respond to emails when I had questions and concerns but rarely were my concerns addressed in her response even to just simply state she was on it or it was being addressed. Rarely, if ever, did she communicate what, if anything was being done to prepare my case and took weeks to prepare documents on time sensitive issues and usually only after the issue was brought to her attention. During a court appearance a lie was pointed out to her the other side was making, she was unaware which was big a problem.. At one point she accused me of wanting to see the other party suffer which was a 100% wrong assumption on her part and factually incorrect.
