When my husband, and I first started this journey with immigration, and deportation we where left hopeless. We contacted so many over priced lawyers who told us that we would not win our case, and my best bet would be for my husband to return home voluntarily . 27 years ago my husband made a very stu...pid decision and in immigrations eyes was a very serious crime. 4 years ago my husband was put into the deportation process to go back to Haiti for something he did 27 years ago as a young man. When he was first detained I had no clue what was happening, and why it was happening.
