Biography
Sidney M. Mosher joined The O’Brien Firm following a distinguished career at The University at Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Sidney competed in a number of trial team competitions before she began her own career teaching trial technique and advocacy to law students following her graduation. Sidney tried her first case within a month of being admitted to practice, obtaining a jury verdict for the full amount of the insurance coverage available. After the verdict, her client described Sidney as “being totally committed to helping me get through this.” Sidney handles her own full docket and assists Chris and John in case analysis and discovery. She brings a high level of advocacy and familiarity with trial skills to the firm. A native of Chautauqua County, Sidney is a lifelong Western New Yorker who looks forward to helping injured clients obtain compensation for the injuries they have suffered.
