Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me!

I am a solo practitioner with over 17 years of experience and have had my solo practice for about 7 years now.  I have practiced in many areas of law but my focus now is mostly in the areas of on Family, Divorce, Mediation, Real Estate and Estate planning.

I am hands-on meaning that when you call or email me you are reaching me directly.  I am the only attorney that will handle your case from beginning to end. 

I've seen too many people spend too much time and money on litigation that could have been avoided.  Sometimes court intervention is inevitable and necessary, and sometimes things can be handled in a way that is less taxing on everybody involved.

That is what I hope to do for my clients; help them with their issue in a cost effective, reasonable fashion that is best for them. 

Part of my practice involves representing children in Family Court and Supreme Court in custody and divorce matters in Erie, Genesee, Wyoming and Niagara Counties.  It is very rewarding work and I enjoy giving my child clients a voice in these situations.
