Worst attorney in Buffalo he comes HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Nobody knows him the courts and everyone laughs when you bring up his name cause he’s a COMPLETE JOKE! His business card says “ I will fight for you”. Which is a lie lmao Please don’t waste your money on this guy he’s been disbarred in a cou...ple other states. You ask him questions about your case all he’s going to do is react off his emotions and file several motions to withdraw as counsel. He’s literally the worst lawyer if you want to go to jail he’s your guy! He did absolutely nothing for my case for a whole entire year!

Mark Overall has to be the worst lawyer I’ve ever encountered. He is late for court appearances, unprepared, easily pushed around by the prosecution and lacks the go hard mentality to prevail in cases. He ignores phone calls and emails once his fee is paid. I don’t want my unfortunate experience ...to be your unfortunate experience. If you’re thinking about hiring him, google him first. He is doing the same bad behavior that caused other courts in different states to bar him. A zebra cannot change its stripes and Mr. Overall is who he is. The wrong man for the job.
