Mark Joseph Kotnis

Extremely disappointed how Mark kotnis was handling my case. In one incident I asked to pick up paperwork from discovery after he told me he sent it out via mail and I never received it. After picking it up at his office I came back home and opened up the envelope, it was another gentleman's case fi...le. It had the gentleman's social security number, phone number, birthdate, address, his statement, restraining order information, and the statements against him. This occurred after numerous complaints I had to make to his supervisor where Mr. Kotnis was ill-prepared for court and did not submit evidence to the district Attorney including video evidence that I handed over to him. I am now constantly worried that he gave somebody else my private information. Was forced to discontinue legal aid and I was left trying to find a way to scrape together money for an attorney that I did not have.
