For more than 30 years, Allan has dedicated a legal career to advocating for victims and survivors of neglect, giving a voice to those seeking justice and fair compensation for their injuries or the loss of a loved one.

Since joining Cellino Law, formerly Cellino & Barnes, in 2012, Allan has remained committed to providing compassionate and dedicated representation. From the outset of a legal career, Allan learned that effective advocacy requires not only determination in the courtroom but also genuine empathy and a clear understanding of each client’s needs.

Allan is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and has litigated a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, slip and fall incidents, construction accidents, and nursing home neglect cases.
